Requirements
- BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field.
- Fifteen (15) years of related experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading engineering projects.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
- Experience in building power systems, lighting design, medium-voltage distribution, SKM analysis, and photometric calculations.
- Substantial experience designing in Autodesk Revit 3-D modeling software.
- Experience conducting and leading QAQC and coordination of design documents between disciplines.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex scientific and technical documents.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites or offices as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering technical work for complex projects.
- Track project progress, including scope, schedule, and fee.
- Oversee technical review and provide high-quality deliverables.
- Provide team guidance on models, plans, details, and drawings of electrical systems.
- Provide team guidance on electrical design including medium-voltage distribution, microgrids, photovoltaics, and battery systems.
- Manage project and staffing plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing project needs.
- Serve as a technical expert and discipline representative at meetings and events.
