Requirements
- Native or highly fluent German speaker.
- Fluency in English.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle B2B sales, B2B2C partnerships, or account management.
- Deep knowledge of the cycling and e-mobility ecosystem, including business models and margins.
- Demonstrated ability to pitch to C-suite, negotiate complex contracts, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- High proficiency with CRM software and standard business suites like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to align product, tech, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with key prospects including bike manufacturers, leasing companies, large retailers, and service providers.
- Manage complex, long-term sales cycles by navigating multiple decision-makers and negotiating terms.
- Tailor the value proposition to address partner needs regarding insurance mechanics, commission models, and API/tech integrations.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for partners from contract signing through the entire account lifecycle.
- Oversee the project management and operational rollout for new partners to ensure seamless activation.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and track performance metrics to identify upsell and growth opportunities.
- Relay partner feedback internally to product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.
