Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, software delivery, or related fields.
- Knowledge of repository management, artifact workflows, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with containers and orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
- Proficiency in modern build ecosystems and the SDLC.
- Ability to work with Groovy, Bash, Python, Helm, or YAML.
- Demonstrated experience in delivery leadership, peer guidance, or escalation support.
- Strong ability to lead customer engagements with clear documentation and ownership.
- Occasional travel for customer engagements or internal activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide delivery leadership, supporting engagement quality and best practices within the team.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-impact customer engagements.
- Mentor other Solutions Delivery Engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the improvement of service templates, documentation, and delivery standards.
- Share field insights and recurring patterns with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver service offerings including implementation, configuration, and customer guidance.
- Support product-focused migration activities and target state requirements validation.
- Manage engagement timelines, communication, and documentation for customer discussions.
