Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software design experience.
- Recent experience designing for developer tools, infrastructure, or technical B2B products.
- Portfolio featuring complex, data-rich UIs like consoles, dashboards, or tables.
- Extensive experience building or making major contributions to design systems.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Self-sufficient in taking ideas from rough concepts to high-fidelity shipped products.
- Strong focus on shipping functional product rather than purely brand or marketing aesthetics.
- Figma proficiency is expected as the primary design tool.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end product design from research to shipped UI.
- Partner with engineers throughout implementation and quality assurance processes.
- Manage, iterate, and mature the existing design system, including tokens, components, and patterns.
- Design dense, data-rich surfaces such as capacity tables, pricing models, and job dashboards.
- Improve developer experience across consoles, dashboards, onboarding flows, and documentation.
- Define visual language, interaction patterns, and quality standards for the product.
