Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience.
- Experience in developer tools, technical B2B SaaS, or products serving a highly technical user base.
- A clear point of view on what great design looks like, backed by a portfolio.
- Ability to make complex, technical problems feel simple.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of design systems, including contributing to and evolving them.
- Ability to give and receive direct, constructive feedback.
- HTML/CSS/React experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design new features end-to-end from early exploration and wireframes through to polished, production-ready UI.
- Think through complex, technical workflows and find solutions that feel simple for developer audiences.
- Pair with engineers to ship quickly and with care.
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system as products grow.
- Prototype and test ideas early to validate thinking before committing to full implementation.
- Champion the developer user and stay curious about how people build with the company's tools.
