Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with TypeScript as your primary language.
- Advanced TS proficiency: complex types, generics, and conditional types.
- Deep senior expertise in at least ONE of: Web (ReactJS), Backend (Node.js), or Mobile (React Native).
- Working proficiency in the remaining two stacks (Web, Backend, or Mobile).
- Proven experience shipping production applications end-to-end.
- Active daily use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience collaborating asynchronously in a remote, cross-timezone team.
- Ability to define data models, API contracts, and component structures.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features across the stack (Node.js, ReactJS, and React Native) with a focus on usability and clarity.
- Shape APIs and GraphQL contracts as part of the feature design process.
- Build and evolve backend services and APIs that power the platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into well-scoped technical solutions.
- Contribute to Engineering Requirement Documents (ERDs) defining data models and integration points.
- Write clean, readable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews.
- Identify issues, propose improvements, and iterate based on feedback while maintaining ownership of built features.
