Requirements
- Strong record of building and shipping production software end-to-end in SaaS or marketplace settings.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript with solid backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, auth, testing).
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered functionality including model APIs, structured outputs, and tool calling.
- Expertise in retrieval, context engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with production automation: webhooks, events, queues, schedules, retries, and monitoring.
- Practical evaluation skills: test sets, traces, quality metrics, and regression checks.
- Daily fluency with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for refactoring and security.
- English C1+ proficiency for clear communication with US-based stakeholders.
- Product ownership mindset with the ability to connect technical decisions to business KPIs.
- Deep commitment to an AI-first development approach for increased output.
Responsibilities
- Discover and frame high-value product/operational problems through direct engagement with users and business stakeholders.
- Design and ship customer-facing AI features and internal automations across lead quality, matching, and CRM.
- Build agentic workflows that securely interact with APIs, databases, telephony, and email systems with appropriate human oversight.
- Develop context layers around models including retrieval, memory, and structured outputs.
- Implement reliable, event-driven automation using queues, webhooks, and graceful failure fallbacks.
- Create evaluation datasets and automated checks for accuracy, latency, and cost before and after release.
- Analyze production failures to root-cause issues and improve system-level reliability.
- Turn successful solutions into reusable components and architecture patterns for future service-business niches.
