Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in group ideation and collaborative design sessions.
- Plan research for new projects, collect and interpret data for design audits.
- Create mockups, concepts, and prototypes for client testing and approval.
- Articulate design rationale effectively to internal and external audiences.
- Create documentation for handoff, including sketches, annotated mockups, and UI specifications.
- Collaborate with accessibility experts to ensure inclusive design deliverables.
- Participate in the hiring process by supporting portfolio reviews and technical interviews.
