Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in collaborative design sessions and provide design critiques.
- Plan research and interpret data for design audits.
- Create mockups, concepts, and prototypes for testing and approval.
- Articulate design rationale effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce comprehensive documentation and UI specifications for developer handoff.
- Collaborate with accessibility experts to ensure inclusive deliverables.
- Maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
- Participate in the hiring process, including portfolio reviews and technical interviews.
