Requirements
- Solid experience working as a Product Designer, Product Owner, or similar role within B2B software products.
- Experience designing solutions for enterprise systems, ERPs, or complex digital platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications, including AI agents and automation workflows.
- Ability to design user experiences, interfaces, flows, and digital journeys.
- Experience conducting user research, gathering requirements, and translating insights into product solutions.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between business goals, technology constraints, and user experience.
- Basic programming knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams and AI-powered tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and transform user and market needs into valuable product solutions.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and discovery activities with customers and stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and enterprise challenges to create effective product experiences.
- Design user flows, interfaces, and end-to-end product journeys.
- Create prototypes, experiments, and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas before development.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity, create workflows, and explore automation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support prioritization decisions and contribute to continuous product improvement.
