Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing thoughtful, human-centered products.
- Strong visual design craft with a portfolio showcasing high-impact designs and motion principles.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with active use of AI tools like Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, and LLM-assisted workflows.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android patterns, behaviors, and interface standards.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools to communicate complex design ideas.
- Experience designing interfaces for digital products with a focus on accessibility and engagement.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and mentor other designers.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare or digital health, particularly in behavior change.
- Preferred: Demonstrated competency in planning and executing generative and evaluative research methods.
Responsibilities
- Own design execution and contribute to design strategy across complex product areas, setting a high bar for interaction quality and member experience.
- Drive design vision within workstreams across multi-quarter timelines, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research.
- Influence roadmap decisions and product strategy through evidence-based design rationale.
- Lead and conduct design research, including generative studies, contextual inquiry, and usability evaluations.
- Apply behavioral design principles to support habit formation and drive engagement.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for prototyping, research synthesis, and rapid iteration.
- Mentor and support designers across levels through reviews and knowledge sharing.
