Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high-performing Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops team.
- Proven track record in high-growth, global technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to enable sales teams to drive deal velocity and revenue growth.
- Superior analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence across all organizational levels.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at thinking on your feet and navigating ambiguity.
- Proven capability to work autonomously and manage remote work effectively.
- Ability to handle conflict and navigate discussions to productive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze deal terms, risks, and opportunities to maximize company value.
- Provide guidance on pricing, discounts, and contract terms to the EMEA Sales Team.
- Manage the approval process and documentation for non-standard commercial terms.
- Partner with Legal to drive contract completion and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline deal management.
- Manage day-to-day ticket volume and escalate issues to the Head of Deal Desk when necessary.
- Collaborate on the development of team tools, playbooks, and organizational structure.
