Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, CDK, Cloudformation).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Cloudwatch).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Foster seamless collaboration between development and operations teams as a facilitator.
- Equip engineering teams with tools and expertise for cloud environments.
- Execute complex cloud migrations with minimal disruption.
- Implement Cloud Excellence principles and best practices.
- Collaborate to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions for infrastructure.
- Participate in tabletop exercises for incident response.
- Take ownership of on-call rotations and manage production issues.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes.
