Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx, or Platform Engineering.
- Heavy emphasis on software development experience.
- Solid knowledge of Python.
- Experience with AWS cloud.
- Experience with Kubernetes (k8s) and Docker.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitHub.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to own and solve complex problems.
- Experience or interest in building frameworks, abstractions, and automation.
- Interest in leveraging LLMs and AI coding tools effectively.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale internal development platform, tools, and services.
- Develop automation to ensure engineering teams ship safely and fast.
- Foster adoption of AI and agentic development tools while maintaining security standards.
- Scope and execute initiatives to improve internal infrastructure and developer experience.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify pain points and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
