Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruiting.
- Proven experience managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong experience sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Direct experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process from intake through successful placement.
- Conduct kickoff meetings to understand hiring goals and role requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process and prepare them for client interviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, providing updates and market insights.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in ATS and CRM systems.
