Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting commercial software applications.
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience testing applications that support customer order-to-service delivery processes.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to execute DML statements for testing activities.
- Ability to design and execute high-quality functional tests that validate feature reliability and performance.
- Experience creating structured test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements and customer feedback.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative, agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a collaborative agile development team and contribute insights that influence product direction.
- Plan, organize, prioritize, and execute test cases, test plans, and quality validation activities.
- Independently review testing strategies to ensure reliable, efficient, and high-performing software delivery.
- Create and maintain test environments that simulate real-world scenarios and customer configurations before product releases.
- Identify, document, and communicate software defects with clear details to support efficient resolution.
- Develop and improve quality management processes, procedures, and testing standards.
- Perform system setup, software installation, configuration, and integration activities.
- Install and configure hardware and software components, including servers, cameras, and connected devices.
- Validate business workflows, customer order processes, and service delivery applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure solutions meet functional and performance expectations.
