Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience.
- 3+ years in mortgage technology (POS, LOS, P&PE, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Loan Officer, Processor, and Mortgage Ops workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce clear product documentation and present to stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to analysis and decision making for prioritization.
- Experience managing third-party integrations via APIs.
- Track record of shipping impactful products.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Product Manager for Maxwell’s mortgage Point of Sale application.
- Manage the end-to-end borrower experience from application through closing.
- Support loan officers and processors via optimized qualification workflows.
- Enable lead generation and referral partnerships for real estate agents.
- Manage third-party API integrations and service provider relationships.
- Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales for product enablement.
- Ensure product workflows align with mortgage compliance requirements.
- Prioritize the product backlog and ensure consistent feature delivery.
