Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in senior, leadership, or niche roles.
- Track record of solo ownership of the recruitment process from first touch to closing.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing passive talent without relying on external agencies.
- Evidence-based judgment in candidate assessment, screening, and rejection decisions.
- Fluent in data-driven reporting, including funnel conversion and time-to-fill analytics.
- Proficiency with modern ATS tools (Greenhouse, Ashby preferred).
- Experience with sourcing tools like Tofu, Noon.ai, or JuiceBox.
- Fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.
- Active, daily use of AI tools such as Anthropic’s Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
- Expertise in structured hiring methodologies, including scorecards and behavioral interviewing.
- Excellent writing skills for creating clear, evidence-anchored candidate summaries.
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel strategy across inbound and outbound channels to drive pipeline.
- Manage full-cycle searches from initial intake and JD creation to screening, panel design, and closing.
- Conduct video screens and structured behavioral interviews with evidence-based assessments.
- Build dashboards for reporting on funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Set scorecard floors and optimize pre-screen rubrics to increase interview efficiency.
- Direct and mentor the Recruiting Ops Manager to ensure operational backend support.
- Consult with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy and process infrastructure.
