Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Meaningful experience hiring for business, GTM, or leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to run multiple complex searches simultaneously
- Experience building or improving hiring processes, rubrics, or leveling frameworks
- Strong sourcing instincts with experience in high-volume outbound strategies
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify and fix funnel bottlenecks
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment during a growth phase
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tech such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Gem
- Strong communication skills with the ability to push back on vague requirements
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for business, GTM, operations, finance, and senior leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, seniority, success profiles, and evaluation criteria
- Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and targeted research
- Coordinate structured interview loops and enforce consistent feedback capture
- Drive offer strategy and closing including leveling, compensation alignment, and counter-offer navigation
- Own the ATS, including pipeline hygiene, feedback documentation, and reporting
- Build and maintain hiring infrastructure such as interview rubrics, scorecards, and leveling guides
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
- Lead the TA team to ensure alignment on candidate experience and hiring standards
