Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, agency, or virtual assistant role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable following specific processes and brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with common marketing tools such as social schedulers, email platforms, and website CMSs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across two brands.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup.
Responsibilities
- Schedule content calendars across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using scheduling tools.
- Prepare and format captions, hashtags, and images based on supplied content.
- Monitor published posts for errors and compile basic engagement reports.
- Build and test email newsletters and campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Perform simple content updates, such as text edits and image swaps, in CMS platforms like WordPress or Squarespace.
- Maintain marketing assets, perform data entry, and assist with basic market or keyword research.
