- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Ability to conduct structured, methodical research.
- Eagerness to learn performance marketing and funnel management.
- Analytical rigor.
- Experience in a startup or R&D-driven environment is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to subscription businesses or digital marketing is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own parts of the funnel from first screen to purchase by identifying conversion bottlenecks and validating optimization hypotheses.
- Design and launch new funnels using a no-code funnel builder.
- Support and analyze A/B tests to improve engagement and funnel efficiency.
- Conduct structured, methodical market and competitor research to generate improvement ideas.
- Write clear creative briefs for designers.
- Monitor core performance metrics and document findings.
