Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in an analytical role or relevant internships.
- Confident in writing SQL queries.
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred).
- Solid grasp of basic statistics.
- Attentive to numbers.
- Ability to tell stories with data (data storytelling).
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals and statistical significance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
- Experience with ClickHouse databases is an advantage.
- Predictive modeling / ML skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Proactively find growth opportunities and move team goals through actionable, data-driven insights and hypotheses.
- Plan A/B tests, analyze results, and deliver final recommendations.
- Provide the team with all the analytics needed for data-driven decisions.
