Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive professional DevOps experience with strong Python programming skills.
- 4+ years of experience with CI/CD practices and tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Strong expertise with AWS cloud services and architecture principles.
- Expertise in automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Proven experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows, pull requests, and code review standards.
- Experience implementing test-driven development (TDD), unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Availability for Eastern Time business hours and on-call rotations.
- Experience designing and managing infrastructure systems across cloud and server environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage AWS cloud environments focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Design and enhance automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and AWS CDK.
- Build and support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using modern observability tools.
- Lead DevOps best practices, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Integrate security practices into infrastructure design and operational workflows.
- Participate in on-call support rotations to resolve critical issues and maintain service reliability.
