Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience building and scaling platform, marketplace, or backend systems
- Strong technical foundation, with the ability to work closely with engineers on system design, data flows, and tradeoffs
- Proven ability to use data, experimentation, and user research to inform decisions and improve system performance
- Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex systems and decisions
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured, executable plans
Responsibilities
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap for Online Lead Delivery systems, and lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through development and launch
- Act as Product Owner for lead routing and distribution systems, participating in team ceremonies and driving day-to-day prioritization and execution
- Own the systems that govern lead matching, allocation, and delivery, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across all online lead sources
- Define and evolve routing logic and distribution frameworks to improve speed to lead, conversion rates, and user experience
- Partner closely with Engineering and Machine-Learning to design, build, and iterate on data-driven systems, including scoring, prioritization, and matching models
- Prioritize and allocate resources across initiatives impacting multiple product and business teams, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable product solutions and detailed requirements
- Monitor system performance and lead flow, identifying issues and opportunities to improve delivery accuracy, latency, and agent experience
- Lead quarterly and ongoing planning processes in partnership with Engineering, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery goals
