Requirements

Responsibilities
- Participate in technical design, task breakdown, estimation, implementation, testing, and maintenance of custody platform systems.
- Build, review, test, and document high-quality backend code following engineering standards.
- Solve complex technical challenges by developing scalable and secure solutions.
- Design and maintain resilient distributed systems capable of handling varying workloads.
- Lead or contribute to medium and large-scale engineering projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Improve engineering quality by promoting strong testing practices and reducing technical debt.
- Mentor and guide engineers by sharing expertise and supporting growth.
