Requirements
- Real world experience building complex distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of CS fundamentals including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures.
- Commitment to code quality, test infrastructure, and building resilient services.
- Ability to prioritize end-user experience and business value.
- Strong collaborative mindset and experience mentoring others.
- Experience with Go is preferred, but expertise in other languages is acceptable.
- Bonus: Experience with applied cryptography.
- Bonus: Understanding of blockchain protocols and cryptoasset innovations.
- Bonus: GraphQL API design and implementation experience.

Responsibilities
- Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance of Custody systems.
- Write, review, test, and document code according to engineering and team standards.
- Drive work independently on medium-to-large projects, coordinating activities of other team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and foster an efficient, deterministic testing culture.
- Mentor and guide others on the team while sharing domain knowledge.
- Monitor company objectives and trends to ensure engineering success.
