- Own the full client lifecycle for protocols using the token vesting product, from first demo through configuration, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Drive operational and data execution by processing client spreadsheets and validating data for accuracy.
- Configure complex APIs to connect the platform to client custody accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, communicating client bugs and needs directly to the engineering team.
- Manage a portfolio of protocol clients, handling day-to-day requests such as data changes, user management, and bug resolution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and convert investor prospects and upsell additional products.
