Requirements
- Own an end-to-end technical product roadmap in regulated financial services, such as capital markets, payments, asset management, or banking.
- Have deep working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and institutional digital asset products.
- Translate effectively between technical and business audiences.
- Have experience shipping platform products with partner, regulatory, and engineering dependencies.
- Be comfortable with client-facing work, including meeting institutional prospects and clients to discover needs and demonstrate product direction.
- Bring ownership and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Have experience in at least two of these areas: tokenization or related securities platforms; work at a regulated financial institution, trust company, or capital markets infrastructure firm; or a commercial-adjacent product role such as solutions, pre-sales, or client-facing product management.
Responsibilities
- Define tokenization product strategy, primitives, and roadmap across issuance, lifecycle management, custody, settlement, reporting, and investor and issuer workflows.
- Translate regulatory, capital markets, and blockchain constraints into clear product requirements.
- Lead product delivery across a multi-asset-class roadmap in a highly regulated environment.
- Drive issuer onboarding, investor experience, and reusable product foundations across asset classes.
- Partner with engineering to scope problems and build solutions.
- Meet with institutional issuers and investors to understand needs and test product direction.
- Join the commercial team on live deals as the product expert on regulatory structure and on-chain mechanics.
- Build operating rhythms with engineering, legal, compliance, and client-facing teams.
