Requirements
- Extensive progressive experience in strategic finance, Finance business operations, or FP&A leadership at public technology companies.
- Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs including revenue model transitions and revenue cycle optimization.
- Deep expertise in Lead-to-Cash processes and consumption or usage-based business model transitions.
- Familiarity with billing architecture, revenue recognition frameworks, and operational infrastructure requirements.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and IT.
- Strong understanding of public company financial reporting requirements, internal controls, and SOX compliance frameworks.
- Ability to influence at all organizational levels including C-suite and Board members.
- Comfortable operating in a remote-first, async-first distributed work environment.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or similar certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the CFO's day-to-day operating partner on Finance organization operations and strategic change agenda.
- Own enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including Lead-to-Cash optimization, consumption-based business model transitions, and global expansion strategy.
- Redesign core Finance processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in a distributed environment.
- Partner with the CIO organization to define and serve as the primary requirements owner for finance system implementations.
- Identify and implement high-impact AI and intelligent automation use cases within the Finance function.
- Collaborate with the Chief Accounting Officer and Internal Audit to integrate scalable control frameworks and SOX compliance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, executive leadership team, and Board on transformation strategy.
