Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Experience leading distributed engineering teams in US and overseas.
- Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale or high-growth SaaS platforms with high availability.
- Experience developing AI-enabled customer-facing products or integrating AI into enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of modern software architectures (AWS, APIs, MCPs).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of REST, Node.js, React, Python, Terraform, and AWS RDS.
- Knowledgeable about FinOps for cloud cost efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven ability to lead large-scale organization transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, release, and operations.
- Lead technology transformation, modernization, and innovation efforts with a focus on AI-driven practices.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Establish governance, processes, and engineering KPIs for operational excellence.
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing, distributed engineering teams.
