Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in AI product development with a specific point of view on agentic workflows and AI-native architecture.
- Proven experience in executive-grade GTM partnership, influencing deal outcomes, pricing, and packaging.
- Experience leading a team that includes other managers (e.g., 4-6 direct reports).
- Deep domain knowledge of the QA ecosystem, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling (e.g., Jira, Atlassian).
- Strong ecosystem and partner management instincts within platform-dependent contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to build operational muscle, including quarterly planning and cross-team alignment.
- Ability to build a business case for investment and operate under financial constraints.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on business outcomes and metric-driven execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for SmartBear’s test portfolio, focusing on AI and agentic workflows.
- Own the roadmap for how testing integrates into SDLC workflows and products are discovered and evaluated.
- Align product architecture with AI-driven tool evaluation and API/integration standards.
- Drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth with accountability for portfolio-level targets.
- Partner with GTM teams on pricing, packaging, and ecosystem positioning.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, including managers of other PMs.
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX to ensure high-quality, reliable release cadences.
- Maintain external partnerships with key technology providers such as Atlassian.
