Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or global environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment in Mexico.
- Hands-on experience working with an Employer of Record (EOR).
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican employment law, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (both required).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy in all work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with remote teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with experience developing or improving HR workflows.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, or similar).
- Ability to travel for occasional in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day HR operations for Mexico, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican employment laws, labor regulations (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Prima Vacacional, and Aguinaldo.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Channel Factory and our Employer of Record (EOR) provider.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Mexico-based hires, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire talent.
- Collaborate with global HR leadership to align regional practices with global people strategy and HR best practices.
- Coordinate and manage HR projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, contracts, and benefits.
