Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, public relations, journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate communications or similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and digital content creation skills.
  • Experience developing communication plans and leading change management efforts.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, recommend practical solutions, and execute effectively.
  • Comfort interacting with leadership and executive audiences.
  • Experience with digital communication tools such as SharePoint, Firstup, Viva Engage, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience in a global, cross-functional environment preferred.
  • Experience in compliance, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on and develop communication and change management plans aligned to GTS priorities and leadership direction.
  • Translate project goals into structured communication approaches including audience segmentation, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Develop communication materials including presentations, talking points, newsletters, and enterprise messaging.
  • Guide the development and delivery of leadership communications, including VP-level messaging.
  • Partner with GTS PMO on stakeholder analysis and adoption strategies for processes and systems.
  • Manage and improve communication channels including Teams, newsletters, and shared mailboxes.
  • Plan and project manage GTS town halls and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Talent Development to execute training programs and report on effectiveness metrics.
