Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, public relations, journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate communications or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and digital content creation skills.
- Experience developing communication plans and leading change management efforts.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify problems, recommend practical solutions, and execute effectively.
- Comfort interacting with leadership and executive audiences.
- Experience with digital communication tools such as SharePoint, Firstup, Viva Engage, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in a global, cross-functional environment preferred.
- Experience in compliance, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Advise on and develop communication and change management plans aligned to GTS priorities and leadership direction.
- Translate project goals into structured communication approaches including audience segmentation, messaging, and channel selection.
- Develop communication materials including presentations, talking points, newsletters, and enterprise messaging.
- Guide the development and delivery of leadership communications, including VP-level messaging.
- Partner with GTS PMO on stakeholder analysis and adoption strategies for processes and systems.
- Manage and improve communication channels including Teams, newsletters, and shared mailboxes.
- Plan and project manage GTS town halls and employee engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with Learning and Talent Development to execute training programs and report on effectiveness metrics.
