Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, change management, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and digital content creation skills with a strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience developing communication plans, supporting enterprise initiatives, and managing change-related communications.
  • Strong organizational, project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Experience using digital communication tools such as SharePoint, Firstup, Viva Engage, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to use data, feedback, and engagement insights to improve communication strategies and outcomes.
  • Must be located in the Americas region and able to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies and change management plans aligned with organizational priorities, leadership direction, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Translate complex business objectives into structured communication approaches, including audience analysis, key messaging, communication channels, and delivery timelines.
  • Create engaging communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, leadership messaging, talking points, and enterprise-wide updates for global audiences.
  • Support leadership communications by developing executive-level content and presentations that effectively communicate strategic priorities and organizational changes.
  • Lead change management activities for initiatives by supporting stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, feedback collection, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Manage and enhance communication channels, including digital platforms, newsletters, collaboration tools, and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate communication programs such as town halls, learning sessions, regulatory updates, and other recurring communications while ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Partner with learning and development teams to support training rollouts, webinar coordination, participation tracking, and effectiveness measurement.
  • Analyze communication performance data and stakeholder feedback to improve reach, engagement, and overall communication effectiveness.
