Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or related field with 4 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.
- 2 years of experience translating Sales user needs into scalable system enhancements across Salesforce and GTM applications.
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud end user for pipeline management and forecasting.
- 2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, GTM Operations, Finance, and Support.
- 1 year of experience architecting integrations between Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Zendesk using middleware such as Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- 1 year of experience using Salesforce Flows, SOQL, Lightning components, REST APIs, and Zendesk APIs.
- 1 year of experience applying agile development methodologies, unit testing, and conducting UAT sessions.
- 1 year of experience defining future-state process architectures for scalability and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, cross-system business processes across Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Zendesk.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of large, complex initiatives including scoping, design, and deployment.
- Partner with senior GTM, Support, and Finance leaders to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, process maps, and architectural frameworks.
- Conduct proactive system audits and performance assessments to ensure high availability.
- Coordinate cross-functional business process design for GTM motions like lead management and account workflows.
- Enable and train cross-functional users to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
