Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing, running, or supporting structured onboarding or training programs.
- Background in fast-paced operations, BPO, or healthcare SaaS environments.
- Experience with payor enrollment applications and processes.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining training documentation.
- Ability to analyze performance data to identify and address training gaps.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (GSheets, GDocs, GMail).
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional managers to drive process improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires.
- Create and maintain training curriculum, SOP documents, visual aids, and instructional videos.
- Track and report on new hire and staff performance to managers.
- Execute refresher and remedial training for existing staff.
- Conduct quality and adherence audits on BPO work and provide recommendations.
- Ensure all necessary system access is provisioned for new hires.
