Requirements
- Advanced/terminal clinical/science degree.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or agency medical affairs experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with field-based teams.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working globally, cross-functionally, and in a matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of international compliance guidelines for pharmaceutical scientific communications.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Hematology medical affairs experience preferred.
- AI certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical medicine, disease management, and medical research practices preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Medical Affairs training strategy for the hematology franchise across global regions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for hematology training, including presenting, developing, facilitating, and leading application-based training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the GMA Training Head to identify, develop, and lead projects enhancing global training program effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful training programs for Medical Affairs.
- Lead ongoing updates and improvements to the onboarding and training curriculum for GMA associates.
- Manage the onboarding therapeutic certification process, including scheduling, assessments, and documentation.
- Coordinate launch training plans and certifications across global regions.
- Assist in the planning and review of Global field medical resources, clinical slide decks, and educational materials.
