Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, learning and development, product marketing, or solutions architecture supporting B2B enterprise software.
- Experience creating enablement content for customer-facing audiences including account executives, solutions architects, and customer success managers.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and AI concepts with the ability to translate technical topics into value-based messaging.
- Strong instructional design skills using adult learning principles and structured methods like ADDIE or SAM.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Experience creating diverse enablement materials including e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments.
- Proficiency with content management, enablement platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Data-informed mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Field Enablement Content programs focused on GitLab's AI-powered platform story.
- Lead cross-functional enablement programs for product launches, new offerings, and release readiness.
- Build and maintain role-based enablement assets such as playbooks, talk tracks, demo flows, and technical labs.
- Design blended learning experiences including self-paced content, virtual sessions, and scenario-based learning.
- Develop and manage accreditation, certification, and validation programs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success.
- Publish and organize content using AI tools and document management systems.
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve content governance and quality.
