Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an analytically-driven role within the consumer lending, credit, or fintech industry.
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
- Experience applying machine learning techniques to business or risk management problems.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives bridging Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
- Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and regional market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end business, risk, or growth strategies through advanced data analytics.
- Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends to adjust analytical strategies.
- Partner with Engineering and ML teams to build scalable risk, fraud, or growth models.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into analytical policy.
- Oversee development and execution of analytical frameworks for new product launches.
- Engage with external stakeholders to align practices and strengthen strategic relationships.
- Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior analysts.
