Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform, DevOps, or SRE-focused roles.
- Strong experience operating production systems on AWS, Vercel, and/or GCP.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security fundamentals, and IAM.
- Experience with observability tooling (Datadog preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues calmly and systematically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with Cloudflare, Docker, and local development tooling is a plus.
- Experience supporting regulated or compliance-sensitive environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and lead incident response for production infrastructure.
- Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Datadog, AWS, and Vercel.
- Maintain and evolve platform infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Vercel, GitHub, and Cloudflare.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for speed, reliability, and security.
- Enhance local development environments and onboarding processes to increase engineer velocity.
- Provide guidance on infrastructure, deployment, and operational best practices to product teams.
