Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in payments, billing, or fraud/risk management.
- Proven experience managing payment orchestrators such as YUNO, PayAdmit, Solidgate, Paymid, Centrobill, Corefy, or Primer.
- Experience building and managing smart routing or cascading logic.
- Solid understanding of card scheme rules and fraud/chargeback thresholds.
- Experience integrating Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Experience setting up and managing chargeback alert tools like RDR, CDRN, or Ethoca.
- Experience working with Merchant of Record (MoR) providers like CodaPay, Paddle, or Lemon Squeeze.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Confident use of LLM tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for technical tasks and analysis.
- Understanding of 3D Secure 2 and exemption logic (preferred).
- Understanding of PCI DSS compliance (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily payment performance metrics including AR, Decline Rates, Fraud Rates, and Chargeback Rates.
- Manage payment orchestrators by connecting new integrations and supporting QA billing testing.
- Develop and manage smart routing logic incorporating card scheme rules, fraud thresholds, and 3DS logic.
- Integrate and configure Apple Pay and Google Pay directly or via orchestrator.
- Collaborate with product and dev teams to implement new payment methods and provide ongoing technical support.
- Configure and maintain alert tools like RDR, CDRN, and Ethoca to manage fraud and chargeback rules.
- Coordinate integrations with Merchant of Record (MoR) providers such as CodaPay, Paddle, and Lemon Squeeze.
