Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a subscription-based business.
- Hands-on experience with payment systems and payment orchestration platforms.
- Solid understanding of subscription economics, LTV, and retention metrics.
- Experience managing MIDs, billing models, and antifraud strategies.
- Strong billing analytics skills, including cohort analysis and full-cycle chargeback/dispute management.
- Ability to balance revenue growth against risk with data-driven decision-making.
- High level of ownership and proactivity.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize payment routing across PSPs/MIDs including fallback, cascading, and smart routing.
- Raise approval rates and scale billing systems to handle increased volume.
- Analyze billing data to improve LTV, retention, and pricing models.
- Launch and manage MIDs while building the legal entity structure for various products and geographies.
- Monitor key payment metrics such as approval, chargeback, and refund rates to build an alerting system.
- Reduce chargebacks and fraud, manage relationships with providers, acquirers, and banks.
- Execute end-to-end billing projects in coordination with marketing, product, and finance teams.
