Requirements
- 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing.
- Existing relationships with clients and agencies in the dating vertical.
- Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations and targets.
- Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA), and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU).
- Upper-intermediate English level.
- Focus on results and strong ambitions for success.
Responsibilities
- Bring in new partners (advertisers) and grow their accounts.
- Drive revenue generation and strategic partnership development and management.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Support existing accounts and identify approaches to increase profits.
- Conduct analysis of competitors, new verticals, and markets.
