Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, general management, or executive leadership.
- Proven experience building or scaling a business, business unit, new market, or product from the ground up.
- Strong background in payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, banking, acquiring, or crypto payments.
- Proven track record of leading strategic partnerships and complex enterprise negotiations.
- Experience owning commercial strategy and driving business growth.
- Experience hiring, building, and leading high-performing international teams.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision and commercial strategy for the global payments business.
- Design the operating model, organizational structure, and go-to-market strategy.
- Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and operating rhythms to drive sustainable growth.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise merchants.
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations and accelerate international market expansion.
- Hire and mentor a high-performing, international cross-functional team.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to translate market insights into product priorities.
- Own commercial success, including business forecasting, performance management, and reporting.
