Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis or staff accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in building, maintaining, and improving sophisticated financial models.
- Proven experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, Retention).
- Exceptional ability to interpret financial statements and present insights to an executive audience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- High level of organization and detail-orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal micromanagement.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for data extraction and analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages including CARR, ARR, SaaS KPIs, P&L, and Cash Position for the Executive team and Board.
- Perform deep-dive reviews of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to assess financial health and identify trends.
- Conduct valuation and investment assessments using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Comparable Company Analysis (CCA).
- Collaborate with department leaders to build detailed monthly and multi-year budgets at the account, customer, and vendor levels.
- Calculate and administer complex sales commission plans and maintain the company price book.
- Analyze operational costs to identify areas for savings and improved efficiency.
- Maintain high data integrity for customer financials and site counts across the organization.
