Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data platform, infrastructure, SRE, or backend/DevOps engineering.
- Solid skills building and maintaining Terraform modules.
- Robust Python scripting abilities.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience managing containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE).
- Practical experience designing and optimizing automated release pipelines using GitLab CI.
- Professional English language skills (B2 level or higher).
- Experience administering Google BigQuery datasets, permissions, and performance (nice to have).
- Exposure to PySpark and open table formats like Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake (nice to have).
- Experience with AI-assisted developer tools and LLM observability such as Langfuse (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain foundational cloud infrastructure that powers data.
- Develop GCP infrastructure using Terraform.
- Optimize CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI.
- Manage Cloud Composer/Airflow scheduler.
- Act as an enabler for data engineering and analytics teams by prioritizing reliability, automation, and self-service.
