Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
- Initial experience leading, mentoring, or managing tech teams.
- Deep, practical experience using Terraform/Terragrunt to architect and manage infrastructure.
- Strong familiarity with Google Cloud Platform data services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, GKE, IAM).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience or strong focus on platform reliability, system governance, and security.
- Professional English language skills (B2 level or higher).
Responsibilities
- Lead a small, high-impact team of 2-3 platform engineers.
- Balance people leadership with hands-on technical work.
- Coach the team, drive agile delivery, and manage OKRs.
- Design reliable Terraform/Terragrunt modules on Google Cloud Platform.
- Champion data security controls such as Dataplex and DLP.
- Establish standard, self-service developer tools for data teams.
