- Proven ability to provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic process improvement and manage complex projects for healthcare organizations.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into actionable Compass Rose solutions.
- Provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support Compass Rose implementations for programs including MTM, APCM, TCM, CCM, and Care Management.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing candid and straight-forward communication.
