Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an IT or clinical environment.
- Experience with business process mapping, analysis, defining requirements, and acceptance testing.
- Experience in Epic and other healthcare applications.
- Must obtain and maintain Epic certification within 6 months.
- Experience with applications, operating systems, databases, hardware, and interface design.
- Project management experience including use of project management software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Identify, map, and analyze clinical and business processes for assigned Epic applications.
- Prepare functional and technical design specifications based on user requirements.
- Perform system configuration to meet business and clinical needs.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts, and execute unit, integration, and end-user acceptance testing.
- Develop training materials and provide support and training to end-users.
- Monitor system functionality and implement changes as needed.
- Manage and maintain product documentation including workflows, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Communicate project status and application upgrades to users.
