Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required.
- Epic Beaker certification or accreditation required.
- Epic implementation experience preferred.
- Multiple Epic certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and technology.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.
- Cross-application integration knowledge.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Ability to solve complex problems and understand customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users to ensure uninterrupted system use.
- Perform and coordinate routine maintenance, including software updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Coordinate testing and validation activities for system changes and upgrades.
- Lead efforts to optimize system performance and usability based on user workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinicians, and administrators.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users.
